Sales in Real Estate soar by thirty percent

   

Nicosia: August turned out good for real estate as the upward trend in sales of property continued for another month. Indeed, sales for the month of August registered a rise of 50%, while recorded 451 acts from the provincial land registers. Total for January-August, the number of document pwlitiriwn tabled throughout Cyprus amounts to 4088 3145 against the same period last year showing an increase of 30%. The rise in 2015 compared to 2014 was 9%.

Specifically, with regard to the eight months of 2016, for even a month the greatest increase in the number of document pwlitiriwn tabled holds Limassol, with the growth rate is 38%. Filed a total of 1,350 bills documents of which 129 in August. Be noted that bills of documents filed in August increased by 48%.

At the same time, the positive course of document pwlitiriwn reflected in Famagusta as for the eight months of 2016 the increase exceeded 30%. Specifically, in Famagusta 251 documents tabled bills, an increase of k s 32%. Worthy of mention is that the month of August recorded 193% increase from the corresponding month last year.

Bills of sale documents filed eight months of the year in the capital rose by 26 percent to 640 compared with 506 in the same period of 2015. Only for August filed 64 documents from the corresponding month last year, 37. This is the largest increase in Nicosia since February.

In Larnaca filed a total of 861 documents, recording an increase of 28% from the last eight months. However, the increase for the month of August is very low (8%) compared with last year. The number of document pwlitiriwn submitted in August in Larnaca amounted to 81 from 75 last August.
With the rise of around 55% initiated this year's August bills documents filed at the District Land Office, arriving at 136 against 88 in the same month of last year.
